I’m Sylvia Muzzy, Team Lead and Owner of Muzzy Property Group in San Marcos, Texas. I lead and mentor a dedicated team of real estate professionals focused on delivering informed, thoughtful representation to buyers and sellers throughout the Greater San Marcos area. At this stage of my career, my priority is ensuring clients receive the highest level of service—not just from me, but from a well-trained, well-supported team. I invest heavily in mentoring and ongoing education so every client we serve benefits from strong market knowledge, clear communication, and sound strategy, whether they are buying their first home, selling a long-held property, or navigating new construction options. I’m a proud San Marcos native, and my husband Philip and I are raising one daughter at home, with one daughter a graduate of Texas State University and the other sister close behind her—proud parents! Staying active in our community and giving back through local nonprofits has always been important to me, both personally and professionally, and it continues to shape how I lead my business. My real estate career began with hosting educational seminars for first-time homebuyers—a passion I still carry today. Education, transparency, and preparation remain central to how my team and I guide clients through the process, helping them make confident, well-informed decisions.
